About Us

Visintin Legal & Advisory is a law firm created for the sole purpose of providing professional legal services to the building and construction, engineering, property and maritime industries. 

Our firm principal Tracey Visintin, made her start in 1987 as a contract administrator in an architectural firm, later moving to project management and undertaking a law degree. 

Since commencing practice as a lawyer in 2006, Tracey has gained significant experience in the area of commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Her primary focus is on resolving disputes of a contractual, building and construction, or property nature.   

Our practice encompasses all levels of the construction industry from small subcontractors and sole traders through to multinational engineering companies and national tier 1 builders. 

This experience has connected us to industry experts and peers Australia wide and has created an exceptional network of industry, business contacts and alliances throughout the legal industry. 

Voted by her peers for the last 7 years consecutively in Doyle’s Construction Guide as a recommended (in 2016) and leading (in 2017 to 2023 inclusive) construction and infrastructure litigation lawyer, Tracey also involves herself in the promotion and advancement of the construction industry generally through industry associations and committees.
